What is Sheetwise?
An online quoting and ordering system for print and packaging businesses. You configure your prices and rules; customers pick specs on your storefront, get an accurate price instantly and order; approved orders can flow into your ERP.
Who is it for?
Folding carton and paper bag manufacturers, signage and display shops, and general commercial printers that sell catalog products. Each business gets its own workspace and storefront link.
What does it cost to start?
Opening a workspace is free and takes about a minute. There is nothing to install; it runs in the browser for you and your customers.
Which languages and currencies are supported?
The interface is available in English and Chinese. Each workspace chooses a regional standard: China (CNY, VAT, 787×1092 and 889×1194 sheets) or international (your currency, your tax rate, ISO sheets such as B1 and SRA1). Quote details and error messages follow the interface language.
How do customers reach my storefront?
Through your workspace's own link. Customers who sign up from it belong to your workspace, are reviewed by you, and get the tier and sales rep you assign.
Can customers see my costs?
No. Customers see prices and order progress. Cost lines, margins and imposition alternatives are shown only to your staff.
How does artwork upload work?
Customers upload artwork when ordering, up to 50 MB per file. Files are stored privately and downloads go through short-lived signed links.
Does it integrate with my ERP?
Yes, per workspace. Approved orders are pushed to your endpoint over signed webhooks with retries; your ERP writes back production and shipping status. Orders flow normally before the integration is configured.
Is my data separated from other businesses?
Yes. Every workspace's accounts, orders, parameters and files are isolated at the application level, and cross-workspace access is covered by an automated regression check.
Can I run it on my own server?
The hosted service is the standard offering. A single-machine deployment with its own database is also documented for businesses that need it.
