Quote
Customers pick specs and see the price as they type. Catalog products are priced per SKU, signage by area, and custom cartons and bags from dimensions: the dieline is unfolded, imposed on every sheet and press you own, and each process is costed line by line. Rules such as minimum weights, foil die limits and bag gussets are checked with a readable message.
Sell
Guests see list prices; approved customers get their tier price automatically. Sales reps quote for their own customers and can discount within a cap and a gross-margin floor the server enforces. Quotes print as A4 sheets and can be shared by link.
Fulfil
Customers upload artwork and order online; your team reviews and approves. Approved orders are pushed to your ERP over signed webhooks, and production and shipping status comes back to the customer's order page. Every order keeps its parameter version, cost snapshot and log.
Run
Paper prices, process rates, SKU tables, margins, customer tiers, staff accounts and ERP settings all live in the admin console, with every parameter change versioned. Each workspace chooses its regional standard, currency and tax, and the interface is available in English and Chinese.
