Instant quotes built from your own pricing logic

The rules your estimator keeps in a spreadsheet become a quoting site. Customers choose specs, the price updates as they type, and they can order without waiting for a reply.

Three pricing models cover the whole product range

Print products don't all price the same way, so Sheetwise runs three engines behind one storefront and one admin console.

  • Catalog products: pick options such as size, color, stock and sides, and each SKU combination has its own price and cost. Minimum order, pack increments, quantity breaks and promised lead time are per product.
  • Signage and display: photo paper, banners and foam board are priced by square metre from any size, with a minimum billable area, a minimum charge and quantity discounts. Roll-up and X-banner kits are a fixed price per set.
  • Custom packaging: folding cartons and paper bags are priced from dimensions. The engine unfolds the dieline, imposes it on the cheapest sheet, and adds every process line by line.

Live in the browser, verified on the server

The pricing engine is shared code. It runs in the customer's browser so every change to a dimension or quantity updates the price immediately, without a round trip.

When an order is placed, the server runs the same engine with the same parameter version and compares the result. A price that was tampered with in the browser never becomes an order. The parameter version and a cost snapshot are locked to the order, so later price changes don't rewrite history.

The right price for each customer

  • Guests see list prices, so the storefront works as a lead magnet before anyone signs up.
  • Approved customers get their tier discount automatically on every quote.
  • Sales reps quote on behalf of their own customers and can discount further, within a cap and a gross-margin floor the server enforces.
  • Customers see price and order progress. Cost lines, imposition alternatives and margins are visible to staff only.

From quote to order in one flow

Every quote can be printed as an A4 quote sheet or shared by link. To order, the customer uploads artwork (up to 50 MB per file), confirms, and follows review, production and shipping status online. Approved orders can be pushed to your ERP automatically.

Frequently asked questions

Do customers need an account to see prices?

No. Anyone with your storefront link sees list prices. An approved account is needed to place an order and to get tier pricing.

Can I change prices without a developer?

Yes. Paper prices, process rates, SKU price tables, margins and customer tier discounts are edited in the admin console. Changes take effect on save and every version is kept.

What if a product doesn't fit any of the three models?

Most print products map onto one of them. Custom packaging handles cartons and bags with configurable rules; signage covers anything priced by area; the catalog covers anything with a fixed option matrix. For products outside that, the storefront can still point customers to a manual quote.
