Opening a workspace costs nothing today, and there is no payment step. Everything below is included. Plans for larger teams are being finalised and will appear on this page before anything is charged.
What the free workspace includes
- Three pricing models: catalog products at fixed prices, signage priced by area, and custom cartons and bags priced from their specs with automatic imposition.
- Your own quoting site at sheetwisepub.com/your-address, with your logo and colours, where customers quote and order by themselves.
- Customer tiers, sales rep accounts with a discount cap and a gross-margin floor, and an admin console for every price parameter with version history.
- Online orders with artwork upload, then review, production and shipping status the customer can follow.
- ERP hand-off: approved orders are pushed to your ERP, and signed callbacks bring production and shipping status back.
- Regional standards, interface language (English and Chinese) and currency chosen per workspace.
- Optional search-engine indexing of your storefront, with a title and description you write yourself.
What is still being worked out
Plans for larger teams are not priced yet. When they are, the price list will be published on this page first. Until then nothing is charged and no card is requested.
Getting started
- Open a workspace with your company name and the address you want customers to use.
- Adjust paper, process and catalog prices to your own costs, or keep the industry defaults to quote right away.
- Send customers your link, or add sales reps to quote on their behalf.

No. There is no payment step when you open a workspace.
What happens when paid plans launch?
The price list appears on this page first. Your workspace, parameters and orders stay exactly as they are.
Can several people use one workspace?
Yes. Admins create sales rep and admin accounts, and customers sign up through your link.
Can I use it in Chinese?
Yes. The interface and quote breakdowns follow the language set for the workspace, and every visitor can switch.
