Paper bag quotes that already know your rules

Bags fail on the details: a stock that won't fold, a gusset that's too narrow, a big bag with no bottom board. Sheetwise checks those before it shows a price.

What the customer chooses

  • Length, width and gusset, quantity, and the stock and weight from the list you allow for bags.
  • Handles: die-cut, paper twist, cotton rope or ribbon, each priced per pair.
  • Printing, lamination and foil stamping, with the same process pricing as cartons.

Rules enforced at quote time

  • Only the papers you mark as bag-suitable can be chosen; others explain which stocks are allowed.
  • A maximum weight, because heavier stock will not fold.
  • A gusset range and a minimum order quantity for custom bags.
  • Large bags automatically get a bottom board, and the quote says so.
  • Flute mounting is not offered on bags.

Costed like a carton

The bag is unfolded to its flat size and imposed across your sheet sizes and presses with straight, rotated and mixed layouts. Paper, printing, finishing and handles are added line by line, with cost visible to staff only.

Stock bags too

Ready-made kraft bags in fixed sizes and colours are sold from the catalog: pick size and colour, see the price per SKU with quantity breaks, and order in pack increments.

Frequently asked questions

Can I set different rules per bag size?

Rules are set per workspace: allowed stocks, maximum weight, gusset range, minimum order and the size from which a bottom board is added.

Do customers see why a combination is rejected?

Yes. Every constraint produces a plain-language message such as the allowed stocks or the gusset range.
